Description of Project: Contractor will provide construction, restoration and / or repairs in the form of plumbing service as directed by Facilities Planning & Management. The contract will be for a term of two years. The University may enter into a contract with multiple firms. The contractor shall maintain a working office within a 150-mile drive from CCU throughout the two-year period. Guaranteed minimum work is $5,000. The latest edition of the R.S. Means Plumbing Cost Data manual will be used & required. Contractor may be subject to performance appraisal at close of project.
