and Sponsored Research Million Dollar Club
Coastal
Carolina University Million Dollar Club was established to honor and recognize
those faculty and staff who have received over $1 million in grant funding through
the university.

Office of Grants and Sponsored Research is located in the Foundation Center,
Rooms C308-C312. The Foundation Center is located at 2431 Hwy. 501 next to Fowler
Motors, formerly the Canal Industries building. If you have trouble finding

Goals
& Objectives
The Office of Grants and Sponsored Research assists faculty and staff with preparation
and submission of proposals, provides faculty with information on grant opportunities
and funding sources and strives to create increased faculty interest in grants
to support research, training, and public service activities.
The Office of Grants
and Sponsored Research assists with the preparation and submission
of proposals for institutional grants and assists the Office of University
Advancement with the preparation and submission of proposals for institutional
endowment, buildings and other support.
A major responsibility
of the Office is to monitor and provide assurances of all federal and
state regulations pertinent to grant eligibility and grants-related
financial transactions to insure proper compliance, accountability
and reporting, and the preparation, when necessary, of regular and
final financial reports for submission to granting agencies.
The Office of Grants
and Sponsored Research serves as the liaison with the State of South
Carolina and the Office of Grant Services of the Budget and Control
Board for all grant-related matters. |
