Grants Paperwork Workshops for Administrative Personnel

The Office of Grants and Sponsored Research, in conjunction with other University Offices, conducts a workshop on Grants Paperwork. The workshop covers University policies and procedures regarding personnel, purchasing, travel and other fiscal matters pertaining to grants (how we do these things) as well as State and Federal requirements (why we have to do things the way we do). Even though this course is designed especially for all College (Dean's), Center, and departmental Administrative Assistants/ secretaries, all administrative personnel are encouraged to attend.

We are available for grants paperwork training at any time. Please contact Bruxanne Hein at 349-2918 to schedule a training for individuals, a department's administrative staff, or new staff from different departments. The paperwork workshop generally takes between 45 minutes to an hour.
