- You are responsible for entering your own work hours. You should update your hours in the
Webtime system daily.
- You must report your hours worked before the ‘Cut-Off’ date. If you do not submit hours timely,
your hours will be processed on the next scheduled payroll.
- If you do not enter your hours before the ‘Cut-Off’ date, you will need
to notify your supervisor via e-mail.
You should provide your supervisor with the following
information: dates and time in/time out data for each day worked. THIS METHOD SHOULD ONLY BE USED FOR
RARE EXCEPTIONS.
- You will receive an e-mail from your supervisor if time is rejected
along with instructions on how to proceed. You are expected to correct any
changes requested by your supervisor unless the ‘Cut-Off’ date has passed.
- You will be able to view a ‘confirmation’ screen once you click on the
‘Submit’ box. You cannot make
changes if you have already clicked on the electronic signature box.
- This system will allow you to enter your time worked remotely.
- If you worked overtime, the system will automatically calculate it.
- Paper timesheets will NOT be accepted after June 28, 2008 for hourly
personnel.
