Application Process

STEP ONE

Submit answers to the following questions:

  • What leadership position(s) have you held and/or how have you demonstrated capacity to lead?
  • What do you want to take away from this program?
  • How do you think this program will benefit you in your current position?

STEP TWO

Submit the following as an attachment to the above:

  • Your name
  • Job title/classification
  • Educational background
  • Business address
  • Business telephone number
  • Business e-mail address

STEP THREE

Submit a letter of recommendation from your area vice president /department head / supervisor. This letter should attest to your leadership capacity and record of accomplishment, as well as support your full participation in the LIT program (allowing adequate time away from the workplace).

STEP FOUR

Submit the above requested information on or before Monday, March 15, 2011, by delivering materials to Coastal Carolina University’s Office of Human Resources, by mail or by e-mail.
