Internship Sponsors

Policy Statement:

“The COHFA internship program is open to all humanities and fine arts majors in our college.  Each student, usually a second semester junior or a senior, must apply for the internship after having gotten pre-approval from the chair of his/her department. The internship sponsors are equal opportunity sponsors and will interview any of our students after getting clearance, no matter the major, for their internship programs.  This means that a given student may or may not be ‘hired' as the intern of a particular sponsor . It is up to the sponsor.  For this reason, please keep in mind that students who wish to be interviewed at a specific agency (or company) must contact Dr. Lee Bollinger, the internship director, as soon as possible in the semester prior to the completion of an internship. These internships are intended for COHFA majors but are actually open to all students in the university. Timely application is advised. ”
