The first museum exhibit by CCU's Athenaeum Press, “A War on Two Fronts: Fighting for Victory at Home and Abroad,” is a multimedia exhibition that focuses on the overlooked and uncelebrated black veterans of World War II.
CCU's Board of Trustees elected officers for a two-year term beginning July 1. D. Wyatt Henderson was re-elected chair of the board, William S. Biggs was elected vice chair, and Charles E. Lewis was elected secretary/treasurer.
Awards were presented to CCU students and faculty for academic achievement and recognition at the annual Honors Convocation on May 7 in Wheelwright Auditorium.

“Reflections,” an exhibition of mixed media drawings based on photographs, sketchbooks, writings and found text by artist Claudia Wilburn is open in the Rebecca Randall Bryan Art Gallery through June 18.
