Univ of CaenClasses will be taken on the campus of the University of Caen, in the heart of the city.  The campus was designed by American engineers shortly after WWII.  All CEFE classes are taught by certified instructors.  Classes will be held in the morning only and afternoons will be spent participating in organized activities.  Students returning from this program will receive credit for FREN 350.  Students who wish to receive additional credit may take the CLEP exam.

Every afternoon, students will participate in excursions, trips and activities.  They will explorer WWII beaches, medieval cities and castles, and museums.

The last four days will be spent in Paris where students will discover the city from its Gallo-Roman origins to its modern business district.  In addition to visits to the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysées, students will have the opportunity to shop in some of Paris’ most famous department stores.
