2010 Maymester Study Abroad Opportunity
DEADLINE EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 26, 2010!

Take advantage of this fantastic opportunity to earn university credit while acquiring or improving conversational Spanish skills in one of the most beautiful of the European capitals. The SPAN 350 Intensive Spanish classes are offered at seven different levels from beginner to advanced. While in Spain, all students will live with host families. Room and board will include breakfast and dinner each day. Laundry is included in the price of the accommodations. Most of the families are not far from the school, and most students can walk to school each day. In a few cases, students may use the subway or bus for a 10 to 15 minute ride to the school.

In Spain, students will be responsible for lunches, and bus or metro fare to and from school and on city excursions. Lunch can be purchased for about five Euros; a ticket for 10 trips by bus or metro is about 6 Euros (or about E .60 per trip). Other costs will include passport fees and passport photos.
