How do I report phone problems?
For non-urgent phone problems submit an online job request at : ITS Job Request System. For urgent problems and immediate support, please contact Betty Willard at x2084.

How do I access my voice mail?
The number to access voice mail is 843-349-6500 (or just 6500 on campus).   If you had the client option programmed on your Outlook, you can also access voicemail via your email client. Go to the Voice Mail web page for more information on the system. To request a voicemail account, go to the ITS Job Request System.
