| The Jackson Resource Center, in collaboration with Kimbel Library, maintains a collection of books, articles, and visual media that is available to be checked-out through the library and interlibrary loan, and the holdings are able to be searched using Kimbel Library's search engine by setting the location to "Jackson Center." The Center's collection, which is primarily composed of texts dealing with applied ethics and ethical theory, is located in the Edwards College of Humanities and Fine Arts in room 274.
In addition to maintaining an extension of Kimbel Library, the Jackson Resource Center provides workshops for corporate, non-profit, and health-related organizations, as well as other entities wishing to educate and empower employees on issues in professional ethics. Consultation and training is also offered for university faculty and staff directed toward an ethics-across-the-curriculum approach to teaching, learning, and decision-making throughout the university.
The Jackson Family Center for Ethics and Values greatly appreciates any donations to the Jackson Resource Center. If you wish to donate materials to the Center, please read the donation procedures. All donations should be accompanied by a donation form and should be directed to the Assistant Director of the Jackson Center in EHFA 274.
