Requests may be in the form of a URL, spreadsheet, word document, or an email and should include information adequate to order the materials needed:
ISBN (if known)
Format (book, e-book, DVD, CD, other)
Academic Program (Art Studio, Special Education, EXSS, etc.)
Any additional information that will help us fill the request
Requests must be received in the library by March 1.
Your department representative may need to approve this request.
The library can acquire materials on a "rush" basis. Be aware that a rush order adds to the cost of the item; please request rush orders selectively.
If access to the material is needed as soon as it is received by the library, you may submit a rush catalog request. These materials will be given cataloging priority. Once cataloged, the items will be held at the circulation desk and the requestor notified of availability by email.
For information about materials for your department or questions about requests, please consult with the library liaison for your department.
For journals, databases and other subscriptions
Subscriptions present an ongoing cost and are therefore considered in light of a continuing financial commitment for the library.
Please submit requests for new subscriptions to Cathy Goodwin at email@example.com, and include the following information:
Primary User (undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, staff)

Any additional information that will help us evaluate the request
The preferred format for journals is online only (no print). If you do not recommend online only, please explain why.
