Circulation: Horry-Georgetown Technical LibraryA reciprocal borrowing agreement for students, staff and faculty is in effect between Kimbel Library and Horry-Georgetown Technical College Library. Current school ID cards (CCU or HGTC) are required at either library to borrow materials. A delinquency at either library will result in suspension of borrowing privileges.
