Circulation: Who can use Kimbel Library
Coastal Carolina University faculty, staff, students and non-Coastal patrons can use and borrow
materials in a variety of formats.
- Faculty, staff & students' current CINO card (with digitized
barcode) is also your library card. It must be presented at the Circulation Desk
to check out all library materials including reserves and Interlibrary Loan items.
- Local residents (19 years and older) may borrow selected types of library materials by
presenting a barcoded non-Coastal ID card and a photo ID. Apply for a non-Coastal borrowers
card at the Circulation Desk.
- Kimbel Library participates in a reciprocal borrowing agreement with
Horry-Georgetown Technical College Library.
All patron records are confidential.
