Interlibrary Loan Options for Non-Coastal PatronsKimbel Library is able to fill interlibrary loan requests for students, faculty, and staff of Coastal Carolina University and Coastal Alumni who are members of the Alumni Association and have an Alumni Library card. If you do not fall into any of these categories, here are some other options that may be open to you: For Book Requests:Local community members can request interlibrary loans through branches of the Horry County Library System or the Chapin Memorial Library.For Magazine, Newspaper, and Journal Article Requests:There are many document delivery services available from which articles can be ordered, including those listed below. These services are often just as quick or quicker than traditional interlibrary loan. The services are not free, and vary in the amounts they charge.
