Keyword searching

• Select Project Muse from the list of indexes.
• Select "search".
• Enter appropriate search terms.

Journal title searching:

• Select Project Muse from the list of indexes.
• Select "journals".
• An alphabetical list of the journal titles will appear.
• Select the desired journal.
• Select the volume and issue from the drop-down list.
• Select article in HTML or PDF format.

Journal Alert

This option will send an e-mail notification every time a new issue of a selected journal is available online.

• Select Project Muse from the list of indexes.
• Select "journals".
• Select "request journal alerts" from the list of options on the left.
• Enter your email address, and select "make or change selections".
• Enter a check next to all journals of that you wish to be alerted about.
• You also have options to be alerted when new journals come out in specific subject areas and within various Project Muse collections.
• Select button for saving, so that the alert is set.

Linking to full-text: Academic Search Premier as example

Project Muse provides stable links to their articles in HTML and PDF format.

• When viewing the article that you wish to link to, copy the link in the browser's address line
• Paste the link into WebCT or the document that you wish to share with students.
