Student Information
In order to use LiveText in your Education courses you must be properly licensed. If your professor tells you you are not enrolled in LiveText it may be for one of the following reasons:
1) You did not buy a license! Visit the Licensing Information link for more information.
2) You did not enter your 7 digit CCU PIN in the Student ID field when you registered your account. Review the Account Update document for instructions on checking and/or changing your LiveText Student ID.
3) You previously registered your LiveText account in the First Year Experience or Business "domain". In order to be a member of the Education domain you will have to contact LiveText Customer Support. Fill out the required information in the trouble ticket. Select "Buying/Registering/Activating" for the subject header. In the explanation box indicate that you are requesting to be moved to the Coastal Carolina University: Education domain.
