Fredanna A. D. M'Cormack, assistant professor of health promotion, joined
the Coastal Carolina University faculty in 2008. She earned her bachelor's
degree from University of North Florida in 2000 and master's degree from
Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2003. She is currently completing
her Ph.D. from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in Health Education.
Her research areas include ecological factors affecting maternal health outcomes and international health. Other interest areas include interpersonal violence, nutrition assessment,and incorporating alternative educational techniques in the classroom setting.
