CCU Saxophone Ensemble shows versatility

   
Coastal Carolina University presents an intimate chamber performance from the Saxophone Ensemble on Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 7:30 p.m. in the Edwards Recital Hall.

Under the direction of Dan O’Reilly, the program represents a varied repertoire; including jazz swing, classical, Latin, ragtime, folk and pop music. This year’s saxophone ensemble is a quintet featuring CCU music students Teddy Washington, Dan Calandrelli, Ryan Mason and Stephen Sartin.

General admission is $5. Tickets are $3 for CCU and Horry-Georgetown Technical College students (one ticket per valid ID) and faculty and staff (two per valid ID). Free for children 10 and under.

The Edwards Recital Hall is located in the Thomas W. and Robin W. Edwards College of Humanities and Fine Arts building at 133 Chanticleer Drive W. in Conway.
