Registration is currently underway for more than 180 noncredit courses provided by Coastal Carolina University through its Division of Academic Outreach.
The adult education courses are available to residents throughout the Conway, Myrtle Beach, Waccamaw Neck and Georgetown areas and are designed to meet the needs and interests of busy, active adults during the day and evening hours this winter.
The catalog with course descriptions will be an insert in The Sun News on Friday, Dec. 10. While most courses are eight weeks long, there are many workshops of shorter duration, including some Saturday sessions. Courses begin the week of Jan. 18, 2005.
To review the offerings online, visit the Web site at www.coastal.edu/learn, click on the center of your choice, then click on the course of your choice. To receive a catalog, visit any of the four locations, or call 349-4032 (Waccamaw and Georgetown) or 349-4051 (Conway and Myrtle Beach).
