Coastal Carolina Universitys Waccamaw Higher Education Center is offering a one-day workshop on PC Housekeeping: on Saturday, Jan. 29 from 9 a.m. to noon.

Carol Rose will teach how to use available resources to keep your machine running smoothly and safely, including system tools, virus protection, firewalls, and spy and spam blockers. The workshop fee is $25.

The workshop repeats on Saturday, Feb. 26 from 1 to 4 p.m. Coastals Waccamaw Center is at 160 Willbrook Blvd., west of the Hampton Inn of U.S. 17 Bypass in Litchfield. To register, or for more information, call 349-4032.
