  Folk-rocker Julie Loyd
Recording artist Julie Loyd, a young singer-songwriter who is gaining attention for her innovative fusion of folk, pop and rock, will perform Wednesday, March 22 at 7 p.m. in the Recital Hall of the Thomas W. and Robin W. Edwards College of Humanities and Fine Arts at Coastal Carolina University.

Loyd, 24, was recently singled out by Performer Magazine as "an artist to look out for."
