Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, an IRS program, will provide free tax help to the community from Feb. 20 to March 30 at Coastal Carolina University.

CCU accounting students will be on hand to help with e-filing, basic tax returns with earnings of $39,000 or less, international student returns and multiple state returns.

Assistance will be available in room 201 of the E. Craig Wall Sr. College of Business on Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Wednesdays 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Thursdays 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from now until March 30. There will be no VITA hours during the week of March 12 to March 16.
