Lori Church

Lori G. Church has been named the new controller in the Office of Financial Services at Coastal Carolina University.

The controller manages the university's general ledger and supervises the budget process and treasury function. The position assists the assistant vice president for business affairs with all aspects of financial review and and reporting.

Church, of Myrtle Beach, is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a certified internal auditor. She has been controller at Waccamaw Bank in Whiteville, N.C., and vice president/director of internal audit at Beach First National Bank. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
