Members of the CCU Jazz After Hours combo will present, "An Evening of Jazz," on Sunday, March 9 at 7:30 p.m. in the Edwards Black Box Theater. The event is free and open to the public.

The recital will feature original works and cult classics, as well as music by composers Max Roach, Sonny Rollins, Pat Metheny and Tom Waits.

Adam Parrott, a senior percussion performance major at CCU, is the musical arranger for the recital. Parrott will perform on drums and percussion at the recital.

Performers include: CCU senior Joe Meckley on bass, assistant band director Kurry Seymour on percussion, professor emeritus William Hamilton on piano, CCU alumni Craig Harris on saxophone, Kyle Hughes on trumpet and Ryan Bailey on flute. Other performers include Eruch Kimball on bass and Victoria Pantos on flute.
