The CCU "Spirit of the Chanticleer" Drumline has been invited to perform with country stars Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood at their Charleston concert April 17 at the Charleston Civic Center.

The "Love, Pain & the Whole Crazy Carnival Ride Tour," which combines the names of the Grammy-winners' latest albums, launched Jan. 31.

The 24-city tour features a different drumline in each city. Other drumlines that have performed with Urban include the University of Tennessee, Georgia Tech, University of Kansas, Western Carolina and James Madison University.
