Coastal Carolina University director on PGA board

Gil Feagin, internship director for Coastal Carolina University's PGA golf management program, was re-elected to a two-year term on the Carolinas PGA board of directors.

A graduate of Coastal Carolina, Feagin was elected during a PGA meeting held recently. He will represent PGA members in seven counties as a member of the board. Feagin also serves on the Apprentice Education Committee and the Awards and Honors Committee of the PGA Carolinas section.

A PGA member since 2001, Feagin was previously the PGA head professional at Bay Tree Plantation from 2001 to 2006 and an assistant PGA pro at Myrtle Beach National from 1998 to 2001. He has been on the Coastal Carolina University faculty since 2006.
