Coastal Carolina University and Horry Georgetown Technical College (HGTC) students are allowed one ticket per valid ID at $5, and University and HGTC faculty and staff are allowed two tickets per valid ID at $10 each.

Bailey, artist-in-residence at Coastal Carolina University, is famous for his pioneering work with the six-string fretless bass. He has worked as a studio musician and has played with such artists as Willie Nelson, Lynyrd Skynyrd and James Moody. Bailey hosts an annual bass camp, Bass at the Beach, with fellow bassist Victor Wooten. He was twice recognized as runner-up Bass Player of the Year by Bass Player magazine. Bailey was a faculty member at Bass Institute of Technology for more than 10 years. He also teaches at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

Mike Stern, six--time Grammy nominee, is considered one of the finest jazz and jazz-fusion guitarists and composers of his generation. Stern’s acclaimed 1993 release, “Standards (And Other Songs),” earned him Best Jazz Guitarist of the Year by the readers and critics of Guitar Player magazine. He followed that up with two hits, in 1994 and in 1996 both of which earned Grammy nominations. Stern was also nominated for Grammys in 2001 and 2006. His “Lifecycle” (2008) album was nominated for Best Contemporary Jazz Album. Stern was recently named to the venerable jazz magazine’s list of 75 Great Guitarists in February of 2009 and released “Big Neighborhood” in August 2009.

Jeff Sipe, an American drummer, specializes in virtuoso rock and jazz fusion. He is a founding member of the Cajun Slamgrass Band and played in the Zambiland Orchestra.
