An Open House is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 10 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Burroughs & Chapin Center for Marine and Wetland Studies at Coastal Carolina University. The center is located on the University’s East Campus at 1270 Atlantic Avenue across U.S. 501. The event is free and open to the public.

The Open House will focus on center activities, programs and partnerships. There will be posters and other displays that emphasize the ongoing research initiatives and program capabilities of the center. There will also be displays illustrating regional and cooperative efforts of several partnering organizations and agencies.

Center staff and students will be available to explain the range of research projects, capabilities and specialized instrumentation.
