Coastal Carolina University will host the third annual Grand Strand Choir Challenge on Saturday, Feb. 22, at 6 p.m. in the Wheelwright Auditorium.

The challenge, which will feature five or six local choirs and local musicians, will be hosted by Scott Mann of Wave 104.1 and Paula Caruso of WMBF News.

Tickets are $8 in advance, $10 at the door and $5 for children 10 and younger. All proceeds from the choir challenge will benefit the Each 1 Teach 1 Entrepreneurship Institute, a local mentoring program for underserved youth that teaches students how to plan for the future, work in groups, market their ideas, make effective presentations and more.
