Symphonic bands from Coastal Carolina University and Lander University will present a concert on Tuesday, March 5 at 7:30 p.m. in Wheelwright Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.

The concert, a first-of-its-kind for the region, will feature a program of music by American and European composers of the 20th century. Selections include Chorale & Shaker Dance, March Grandioso, the British 8th March, a Collection of Irish Street Ballades and Amazing Grace.

James Tully, director of bands and assistant professor of music at Coastal, and Kevin Geraldi, director of bands and instructor of music at Lander, will co-conduct the concert.
