Explore the courses and clubs planned for the fall/winter term of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI), Coastal Carolina University's premier noncredit program for enrichment opportunities, during Free Week from Wednesday, Sept. 9, through Tuesday, Sept. 15, at four locations.

Presentations and demonstrations will be presented at each of the University's four outreach centers:

- Litchfield Education Center, 14427 Ocean Highway, Wednesday, Sept. 9;

- Myrtle Beach Education Center, 900 79th Ave. N, on Thursday, Sept. 10;

- Georgetown Education Center, 909 Front St., Monday, Sept. 14;

- Coastal Science Center, 301 Allied Drive, Conway, Tuesday, Sept. 15.

During Free Week, prospective students can sample the lifelong learning program for free, exploring more than 200 noncredit classes, workshops, special interest clubs and travel opportunities offered between Sept. 21 and the end of December. Topics include art and photography, computer technology, foreign languages, history and government, literature and writing, music, theater and film, personal growth and skill development, philosophy and religion, science and nature, and lowcountry history, culture and nature excursions. The OLLI membership fee ($20) includes discounts and special programs at area museums (Brookgreen Gardens, Franklin G. Burroughs-Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum, Hobcaw Barony, Horry County Museum, Kaminski House Museum and S.C. Maritime Museum), musical and theatrical companies (Long Bay Symphony, Atlantic Stage and Theatre of the Republic), and health and wellness centers (Fit4Everyone, Fitness Edge, HealthPoint and YMCA).
