Coastal Carolina University hosts free seminar on breast cancer

"Breast Cancer: What Every Woman Needs to Know," a free seminar, will be held in observance of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month on Tuesday, Oct. 22 at 2 p.m. in University Hall, room 223, on the Coastal Carolina University campus. Although the seminar is free, reservations are required due to limited seating.

Rachel Mayo, an assistant professor of public health services at Clemson University, will lead the seminar, which will be presented as a two-way video conference. Attendees at Coastal can ask questions and share information with attendees at Clemson, where the seminar will originate.
