The annual Greater Gospel Sing Out is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 9 at 4:30 p.m. in Wheelwright Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.

Choirs performing in the Greater Gospel Sing Out are: Coastal Carolina University Gospel Choir, The Bateman Family, Cympl-Touch, Heaven Bound Choir, Mason Temple Gospel Ensemble and Psalm 150 Mime Team.

The event is part of Coastal's annual African American Celebration, a series of events designed to highlight the art, history, music and theater of the African American culture. Other events will continue through the 2003 spring semester.
