Comedian Alonzo Bodden will perform on Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 7 p.m. in Coastal Carolina University's Wall Auditorium. The show is free and open to the public.

Alonzo's appeal is universal, based on spontaneous wit and shared observations, frustrations and the pain of everday life from shopping to sports, from politics to parents and every man's lament - being viewed as "just a friend" by women.

The comedian has appeared at the Apollo Theatre and on "The Conan O'Brien Show," among others. His new CD on Uproar Comedy Records is "Seemed Like A Good Idea at the Time."
