Coastal Carolina University’s Small Business Development Center is offering QuickBooks® financial management workshops in three locations in December along the Grand Strand.

Cost of the workshop is $100, which includes class materials. Each location’s workshop will be divided into three sessions.

The Myrtle Beach workshop, which will be held in Coastal’s Higher Education Center in Myrtle Square Mall, will be Dec. 6 from 6 to 8 p.m. (overview), Dec. 7 from 6 to 9 p.m. (create essential reports, reconcile accounts, etc.) and Dec. 10 from 6 to 9 p.m. (file setup, troubleshooting). Shirley Kennedy, CPA, is the instructor.

The North Myrtle Beach session, held at the Horry-Georgetown Technical College’s North Myrtle Beach Off-Campus site at 3750 Sea Mountain Highway, will be Dec. 6 from 6 to 8 p.m., Dec. 8 from 6 to 9 p.m, and Dec. 15 from 6 to 9 p.m. Sandra Stigant is the instructor.

The Litchfield workshop, held at the Waccamaw Higher Education Center, 160 Willbrook Blvd., will be Dec. 13 from 6 to 8 p.m., Dec. 15 from 6 to 9 p.m. and Dec. 16 from 6 to 9 p.m. The content of the sessions repeats in each location. Kennedy is the instructor.
