JOURNEY TO THE CASTLE
James L. Tully, director, and Matthew Shrewsbury, assistant conductor
Friday, Nov. 30, 8:30 p.m.

Journey to the Castle is a fantastical adventure that will transport the audience into some of history’s grandest palaces. Starting with the film-score inspired Journey to the Lion’s Castle, the program evokes the European baroque era with the suite Courtly Airs and Dances and Percy Grainger’s The Merry King, ending with some of your holiday favorites. The concert will also feature CCU music faculty member Matthew White on Escapade for trumpet and wind band. Admission is free to Coastal Honor Band participants.
