» Baseball hitting facility comes next
The CCU batting facility is the next structure being built on campus; it will be located adjacent to the tennis courts. The project involves the construction of a covered 125 foot-by-125-foot batting facility to be located behind the centerfield wall. The project is budgeted at $1.2 million and should be completed by June.

» University Boulevard extension under way
Also under construction is the final phase of campus road improvement project which will extend University Boulevard across U.S. 501 to the Atlantic Center. The project includes road construction, utility relocation, engineering services, sidewalks, gutter and drainage. Estimated cost is $1,003,490.
The estimated completion date is May 29.
