Transfer Orientation

All new Transfer Students, who graduated prior to 2014, are required to attend a 1-Day Orientation program prior to starting their classes; transfer students who graduated in 2014 or later will attend the 2-Day Orientation session.  During this Orientation you will meet with representatives from the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarship, the Office of the Registrar, Student Life and many others.  Also, during this time you will meet with your Academic Advisor and finalize your fall semester class schedule.

Once you register for the 1-day Transfer Orientation, you may contact your Academic Advisor and go ahead and register for your Fall 2015 classes. To determine your advisor, login to WebAdvisor and click "E-mail My Advisor(s)" under the Communication section. In addition, call New Student and Family Programs at 843/349.2027 and let us know that you are going to pre-register for your classes so that we can lift your Orientation hold.

Check-in for the Summer Orientation will be in the HTC Student Recreation and Convocation Center starting at 8 a.m.  The HTC Recreation and Convocation Center is number 38 on the campus map

The Transfer Orientation Schedule can be viewed here. You will receive a more detailed schedule when you arrive at Orientation.
