Details:The club will be included as a Chapter of the Society of Physics Students, a national organization club. The Society of Physics Students waas formed in 1968 with a constitution that combined its two "parent" organizations, The AIP Student Sections and the Sigma Pi Sigma honor society. We will take part in provding students with information on potential career opportunities, research options, travel options, and fundraisers that will allow students and staff participate in projects concerning learning and little projects that will demonstrate physical concepts in beginning physics class. The requirement for being a member of SPS is to be student or staff member at Coastal Carolina University and pay $20.00 due to SPS for the year and then due the paid to the club itself.
