Dr. DeCenzo gave a briefing of a meeting with comprehensive university presidents about movement at the state level regarding higher education reform.
Mr. Dyer gave a short briefing of a meeting in California with the Carnegie Foundation regarding re-classification of Coastal Carolina University. The meeting was very positive and has brought some very strong issues to light.
Eddie requested that President DeCenzo be allowed to address their full board at their next meeting. They fully understand our dilemma and would like to work with us to resolve it.
Dr. Sheehan shared concerns about university Web site pages taking people to inappropriate links. He asked all members to have staff double check web sites that are maintained outside the "firewall" to ensure they are working properly.
A revised towing policy was presented and accepted. Dr. Willett provided a copy of the university alcohol policy for comment. Trademark licensing agreement has been awarded to LRG, Inc. from July 1, 2008 until June 30, 2013. Dr. Conner called attention to key calendar items for the week:
