POINT TO FITNESS
Monday, January 17 – Friday, March 11.
Wednesday, January 12, 2011.
· All students, staff and faculty are eligible
· Must register and pay $5.00 to participate
· For every 30 minutes of exercise you earn 1 point
· You MUST sign in Before and After Exercise to get credit
· All exercise MUST take place at the facility or on campus
· Maximum 6 points can be earned in one day,
Maximum 12 points can be earned in one week.
· PE Classes cannot be used to accumulate points.
· Participation in INTRAMURALS & NON-Credit Fitness Classes can be used for points
