Students with holds will need to resolve them before transcript requests will be processed.
ENHANCED SERVICE - Electronic (secure PDF) format, ordered through the TranscriptsPlus system, and delivered to any email address you specify or to any school on the Credential Solutions Network.
- PDF transcripts are produced within 24 hours and sending a PDF transcript will eliminate mailing time.
- Each transcript ordered and delivered via this method is $12.00 (for the Parchment service).
- An additional feature of this service is that you can attach additional documents to your electronic delivery.
- Before placing your order, please ensure that the receiving institution will accept your transcript as a secure PDF document.
USPS Express Mail - Paper format, printed on security paper. Each transcript ordered and delivered via this method is $12.00 (for the Parchment service) plus the cost associated with the express delivery method you choose.
Transcript Request Options
Current and recent students with active Self Service accounts:

From your Self Service account, select the “Transcript Requests" under the "Academics" menu, which will take you to the online ordering system.
Former students who no longer have active Self Service accounts:

Former USC Coastal Carolina College students:
- If you attended or graduated from Coastal Carolina College (prior to Summer II 1993), your official academic record is maintained by the University of South Carolina. View USC transcript ordering information or contact USC at 803-777-5555.
Additional Information
- High school transcripts, transcripts from other institutions, placement test scores, standardized test scores, etc. - The University is not the originator/administrator of record for those documents, so they are not able to be furnished. Please request those documents from the institution/organization that originally issued them.

Unofficial Transcripts
Students can access their unofficial transcript via the 'Unofficial Transcript' option in the Academics menu in Self Service.
