e. Evaluation
This section tells how you will assess as an on-going process towards achieving your objectives and the overall outcome of the project. If your objectives are well constructed (truly "outcome" oriented), evaluation will be much simpler. Evaluation should address three functions:
1. It will monitor progress to determine whether the project is being conducted as planned
2. It will assess actual outcomes to measure whether objectives are actually being achieved
3. It will provide constructive feedback to assess whether modifications to the project are required
