Welcome to the Coastal Carolina University Accreditation website which has been created for the reaffirmation of our accreditation through the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). This site represents the collaborative efforts among the institution’s stakeholders – administrators, faculty, staff, students, alumni and community members – to present a thorough and forthright assessment and composite view of all of the University’s programs, services, and processes. Our collective dedication to tradition, integrity and excellence has been at the core of the reaffirmation process and will continue to direct our future through shared vision and meaningful advances as we strive to advance the academic programs and educational experiences of the students we serve.

With Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs Robert Sheehan, who also serves as the SACSCOC Liaison, and the many others who have been involved in the reaffirmation process, we welcome your review of the reports presented here in preparation for the Peer Review visit on March 6-8, 2012.
