Upon arrival at the scene they determined that no fight had occured. Residents of the apartment in question were asked for and gave consent for the officers to enter the apartment. On entering the apartment the officers noticed beer. Everyone in the apartment was ID'd and determined to be under the age of 21. The subjects wee required to dispose of the beer and were written citations for Minor in Possesion of Beer. The case was also reffered to Residence Life. |
