The victim described the missing property and the circumstances of the incident. A video review of the area revealed a possible subject who was located and interviewed. The subject consented to a search during which the officers located stolen items and contraband. the subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. A second victim later was located and identified their property. |
