An officer located the vehicle and interviewed the driver. The driver is not the owner of the vehicle and the owner was also contacted. A records check showed the license plate was suspended for cancellation of insurance. The owner was not able to show proof of insurance. The plate was seized and the vehicle was parked until the driver could arrange for a tow. |
