The officer approached the vehicles and found the subject sitting in one of them. He asked for the subject’s ID and other items. While checking the items that the subject had given him, he asked if he could search the vehicle. He was given permission and found a can of beer during the search. He asked the subject if he had any other items that he was not supposed to have and the subject gave him a bag with a green leafy substance in it. The subject was cited and released. |
