Officer went to speak with the occupants of the vehicle and observed marijuana on the driver's lap and seat and could smell the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. Two of the occupants admitted that the substance belonged to them along with a smoking device. The drugs and paraphernalia was seized. This incident was referred to the Student Conduct process. |
